I am so excited to host my first giveaway on my blog today! I am super giddy about it!!! Becky Higgins has generously shared with me a Cobalt Binder, Cobalt Core Kit, Cobalt Cardstock and a Big Variety Pack of Photo Pocket Pages to giveaway to one of my readers! Everything you need and more to get you started with Project Life. The products will ship from Amazon so in order to enter you must reside in the United States.

Project Life 2012 Week 10 Overview
LOVE These tabs from Banana Fish Studios!!! You need to check out her blog and then her shop. She has the most fabulous goodies.... seriously they are so cute!!!
Up until now I have been recording all of my videos on DVDs and including them in my Project Life Albums. At first it was a challenge to find a protective holder for the DVD that fit nicely within the album.... but I finally figured that out... see this post. While I like incorporating the DVD into the album I find that it rarely makes its way out of the album and into the DVD player. So I did a little happy dance when I found an alternative with Scan Life, thanks to Tracy and my friend Jenny.
With Scan Life I simply uploaded my video to Youtube and created a unique printable QR code that I then attached to my photo. When I scan the code with my iphone the Scan Life app takes me directly to my video. It's pretty cool!!

I'd like to continue doing Project Life because it has totally simplified my memories keeping and made it doable. Even my two year old toddler enjoys seeing our family album and asks to see "the book" when he sees it on the table. I'd like to start his own album.

For me this is my 2nd year doing PL and it is such an important part of our documenting our daily lives. I don't have too many pictures or documented things from my childhood so this is something very important to do for my children so they may be able to just pick up an album & relive our lives. Thank you for the chance! I want to start PL (4 months late HAHA!) because I love this way of displaying memories. I think it's so clean and straightforward, plus I love instant gratification (i.e. NOT waiting until I have 150 digital pages stacked waiting to be printed). I've decided not to constrict myself to making sure I get things organized by day or week. I just want to record life as it happens. I do have *some* Becky Higgins supplies arriving in the mail this week, but I would love to have more! Haha! Thank you again for this chance!

I've always been interested in Project Life, but have yet to jump the gun and start my own binder! I think every week would be too overwhelming for me, so I would do the pages on a monthly basis. What better time to start than now!

I've done a 365 PL album as well as a Disney trip PL album. I love the simple process. I confess that I feel a little overwhelmed at all of the great scrapbooking supplies that I've collected over the years. Project Life really is so simple & efficient!
I haven't scrapped much since being diagnosed with a chronic illnes, but I love this concept and it looks like I could manage it. I would love to try!

I would love to start project life because it looks like an easy, efficient way to record all the pieces of everyday life without getting bogged down in decorating pages. You can make it as traditionally scrappy or modern as you like. I really like that idea.

I like to use PL to document my family's everyday memories. My husband is in the US. Ilitary and we're stationed overseas. With 3 small children, traditional scrapbooking isnt possible for me, but PL is! know my young children will be enjoy looking back on our time living abroad.

I need to do PL because my memory leaves me little to work with!
I do this for many reasons. I love scrapbooking the traditional way but it was taking up too much time with 5 kiddos. This simplifies it for me..well sort of!
