  2. Love the video. I already have 1 extra page for week 1 and 3 for week 2. I can't believe I never found this project until this year. You are very inspiring. Thank you for sharing your PL.

  3. Ditto to what Nicole said. 3 weeks in and I can't just choose 'one' picture. I choose one main and then have been making a collage, or two...for those weeks. I love this whole take on scrapbooking. Thank you so much for sharing what you did with your 2010 story. Look forward to seeing more.

  6. Mary Ann, a question about the page protector you used for the "Vacation" template designed by Crystal that you got from Jessica Sprague.com. What kind of a protector is that and where do you get it? Also, did you print it as a double 8 X 8 spread? Thanks for your help!

  7. Hi Christie,
I used an American Crafts 8 X 8 page protector. The orginal size of the layout was a 12 X 24, I resized it to 8 x 16....at the time I didn't have paper large enough so I printed it on an 8.5 x 11 twice and then matched the middle up and trimmed it to match up....totally the hard way, but like I said I didn't have the right size paper...so that's how I did it. After I put the layouts in the page protectors I didn't like how far apart the two layouts were so I took a mini stapler and stapled the two layouts so when you looked at the layout there was not a big space... Hope that makes since!

  8. Wow, what great video. This is my first year using PL or scrap booking. I love seeing your finished project and all the ideas you have given me.

I am wondering though, what do you do with all the other photos you take that don't make it into your album? Do you also print your photos for a regular photo album? I am trying to get my head around how to organize all my photos now because I have so darn many.

  10. Hi there, I just wanted to tell you that you are one of the reasons that I'm doing project life this year. I saw your first video that Becky Higgins posted on her facebook page. I saw it and I immediately thought "I want to do that". So now I'm doing it, I have the album and I only hope that mine looks as good as yours does!
    thank you!

  11. So seeing your video on Becky's site made me a believer. I loved how you added all the extra pages...I went to order my kit and it had SOLD OUT! I sat with my Amazon, Becky's blog and Twitter (which I never really use) all open all day on Monday. The second that the store was loaded I ordered! Amazon says my kit should be here tomorrow! I can't wait to get started. I am now a follower of your blog. How do you decide what you want to digi scrap, hybrid scrap or just paper scrap? I have never really done any digi stuff but am loving your Cathy Z. lo's!

  12. You have done an amazing job with this! I used this version in 2009 but switched to digital after b/c I couldn't keep up with all of the printing. I am now going back to my 2009 and filling in alot of the blanks b/c of what I have seen in your videos. I would love to see a list on your blog of all of the templates you have purchased and used (and the ones you like the most). I especially like some of the hybrid pages you have done! Maybe you could put a list off to the right with your favorites.
